To provide the best service for all clients, please be no more than 5 minutes late. Frequent late arrivals may result in booking restrictions.

No shows will be billed 75% of the service total. After two no shows, future bookings will no longer be accepted. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Your safety is our top priority. Please complete the intake form in full before your appointment and notify us of any changes to medications or topical products. If you are sick, sunburned, or have active irritation, your appointment will be rescheduled with no penalty.

A card on file is required to reserve your appointment and will not be charged until your service. Cash or card is accepted; please note no cash is kept in the studio. Tips are always appreciated but never expected.

Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds are issued. If you experience any issues, please text us at 833-694-7010 within 48 hours so we can make it right. Be sure to read the intake form in full before your appointment.
